About
I help engineering teams move from reactive testing to proactive quality ownership. My focus is Release Confidence — giving engineering leaders objective data to make go/no-go decisions instead of relying on intuition.
As a Principal QA Engineer, I've built and scaled quality systems for high-growth engineering organizations. I've seen firsthand how flaky tests erode trust, how manual regression testing becomes a bottleneck, and how "all tests passing" doesn't guarantee production won't break.
Through TQ Systems, I work with engineering leaders and platform teams to install measurable quality systems that scale: release confidence frameworks, flaky test reduction strategies, API automation, and test infrastructure improvements.
My approach is practical, not theoretical. I build systems that fit your existing tools and train your team to own them after I leave.
Areas of Expertise
